St Neots Eatons District Ward - 19 September 2024
A by-election will be held on Thursday 19 September 2024 for one seat on Huntingdonshire District Council in The Eatons Ward.
Change of polling station
There has been a temporary change to the polling station venue for electors who normally vote at The Eatons Community Centre, relocating to The Scout Hall, Mill Hill Road, Eaton Ford, PE19 7AQ.
This is due to the Centre being unavailable on the day. Poll Cards have been issued for this by-election which detail the alternative polling station electors should vote at.
The deadline to register to vote in this election is Tuesday 3 September 2024.
At these elections, you will need to provide photographic identification before you can vote at a polling station. Read our voter ID page to learn more. If you do not have one of the required forms of ID, you can apply for a free voter authority certificate. The deadline to apply is 5pm on Wednesday 11 September 2024.
If you are unable to vote in person you can apply to vote by post or appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. If you wish to apply for a postal vote, please note that we must receive your application by 5pm Wednesday 4 September 2024. You will not need photo ID to vote by post. If you wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, they will need to go to your polling station and have their own photo ID to vote on your behalf. The deadline for proxy applications is 5pm Wednesday, 11 September 2024.
